Launching a remote support session from the Ticket Detail page in Freshservice is simple when you integrate the app with Zoho Assist. With just a single click, you can either schedule or start an instant support session.

The integration does not require any software installation. Upon completion of your remote support session, you can manually or automatically update the ticket status or add notes to the ticket for future reference.
