Key Features:
Contact synchronization: Inbound/outbound calls from/to external numbers trigger a Zoho CRM contact lookup to add to 3CX Contacts so the contact name is automatically shown on your phone’s display when dealing with a call.
Call popups: When using the 3CX Web Client, the customer record is brought up to you automatically when you receive an inbound call.
Call journals: Calls are logged as Zoho CRM call records.
Chat journals: Chats are logged as Zoho CRM task records.
The call logs for customers who call us for the first time and whose numbers are not saved in the contact list are not being added or displayed in CRM under 'Calls' or 'Contacts.' There's no record of how many times they've called, etc
Things to know : Calls can be made from Zoho iPhone app using 3CX (only Mobile, facetime or Skype) . The update between Zoho CRM Contacts and 3CX Contacts is not transparent, no possibility to see if Contacts are up to date or not which is really not easy to use.
I'm having trouble with the integration. But I see the integration does not support the zoho.com data center as yet. Only zoho.eu, zoho.com.au, zoho.in and zoho.jp. I think that's my problem.

I was looking for a CRM system and phone system that worked easily together and I found it in Zoho and 3CX. I still need to finish trialing both systems but so far, so good.
LOVE this extension! Simple and easy to set up. Contact lookup works perfectly and is very responsive and quick. Journaling is simple and a real asset to my sales team since it has been implemented.
I am not techincal in the slightest so it took me longer maybe it would take other people but using the manuals and guides 3CX provide was easy to follow step by step and get my customers contact cards popping.

I was looking for a phone system to compliment my Zoho CRM account. I came across 3CX and found the free trial so gave it a go. It was quick and easy to set up and they even offer it for FREE for a year. Using this extension was simple to get it set up and I have now even set up the website live chat features 3CX offers as that links to Zoho so all my customer chat messages are logged for future reference.
I love the ability to journal live chat messages into customer records. It has really boosted my ability to keep my agents as up to date as much as possible improving our service provision.
I have been using 3CX for over 10 years and think it is an absolutely fantastic IP-PBX. Linking it with Zoho seemed like it could have been complex but in reality, using the extension is super easy. I particularly like the journaling as sometimes I find it hard to remember each client interaction.
We have been working with our 3CX partner for a month trying to get this integrated and we still cannot get the screen pops for the incoming calls. Since Zoho did not develop, the support has to come from 3CX. It's a shame it doesn't work.
3CX contacted us and set up a screen share with our partner to review the issue. Very good service. The product doesnt really have a pop up on the side like platforms. But it does open a new tab for the incoming call.
