Our extension automatically downloads RingCentral call recordings, stores them securely in Zoho WorkDrive, and provides users with two access links: one for internal use and one for external use with password protection. With this solution, businesses can securely retain and manage call recordings for an indefinite period, ensuring seamless collaboration and compliance with storage needs.
