The Smart Account Relationship Builder for Zoho CRM extension monitors your emails, text messages, social media interactions, meetings, and phone calls and will notify you when you need to contact your accounts again to maintain a proper relationship.
We offer multiple ways to notify an account manager when it's time to reach out to a contact. There's a special view with all the accounts that need to be contacted and Cliq messages can be sent when an account is suppose to be contacted.
