The Zoho CRM Active Campaign Connect solution satisfies your marketing needs. Create a one-way or two-way sync from CRM to Active Campaign, or the other way around, to sync and map all leads, contacts, and tags. Additionally, customized fields may be mapped. Create workflow rules to assign certain email lists and tags to prospects and customers. In CRM, related lists and notification signals will display Active Campaign reports.

Get sales signal notifications in Zoho CRM whenever the records are synced and updated. You can also get notified by email.
You can sync contacts or leads in two ways, one-way sync or two-way sync. You can tag the contacts or leads at the time of syncing by choosing the option in the settings widget.
You can choose the conflict resolution with either Zoho CRM or ActiveCampaign. When you want to insert a new API, you can check the previously applied API and then update it.
You will only be billed for the extension/app you purchase. We don't request any additional charges outside of Zoho Marketplace. (Note: If the extension/app integrates with a third-party application that requires a paid edition, you must make a separate purchase with the third party.)
