Advanced Subform Import and Export for Zoho CRM helps users manage subform data directly from a CRM record without leaving the Zoho CRM interface. The extension opens in a widget pop-up, reads the current module and record automatically, and gives users two focused workflows: export subform rows as a CSV attachment or import spreadsheet data into a selected subform.
For export, users can choose a subform, select which columns to include, rename output headers, reorder columns with drag and drop, and generate a CSV file that is attached to the same CRM record. For import, users can upload .csv, .xls, or .xlsx files, auto-map spreadsheet headers to CRM subform fields, assign manual values where needed, normalize values by Zoho field type, preview the final payload, and append rows or overwrite the entire subform. The extension is designed to reduce manual data entry, improve spreadsheet-to-CRM accuracy, and make subform updates safer through validation, previews, and clearer error handling.
