This makes me very pleased. I have the free version, and it meets all of my requirements. I only need to keep track of reminders and personal information for each customer as they go through my process (photography studio). It works perfectly.
For one firm, I use this app in Gmail, while for another, I use Zoho mail directly linked to the CRM. So far, gmail and this app seem and function much better. I'm hoping Zoho Mail will start working this way shortly. Having all of that information on the sidebar is fantastic. Still searching for a method to simply add and see suppliers.
Our usage of Zoho for both our product deployment teams and our sales teams has significantly altered as a result of this app.
With this software, we can now primarily live in our email (like most teams do), and we've dramatically enhanced the utilization and data accuracy of Zoho. Previously, we had to use G Mail and Zoho separately. (together with a much greater closure rate on relevant activities)
This is an excellent application that allows you to update CRM from your email very quickly. Every entry for every user who uses this extension would save a step if it could pre-populate the date from the email date. Programmatically Zoho would probably need 4 hours to construct, test and deliver that functionality. And you'll monthly save your users tens of thousands of minutes!
