Brekeke Contact Center Suite (CCS) offers a new user experience for Zoho CRM users by expanding call functions using WebRTC technology, real-time chat communication using push notifications, and a sophisticated, industry-proven predictive dialer feature.

Key Features:

  • WebRTC ready: Contact center agents can receive incoming audio calls on the WebRTC client connected with Zoho CRM. Visitors to a website can contact agents via their web browsers without installing special applications
  • Predictive dialing: Brekeke CCS is equipped with sophisticated dialer functions. The predictive dialing function can optimize call frequency by pacing based on available resources and automatically reserve a call based on the recorded call results. Along with Zoho CRM, it can advance call marketing operations to the next level.
  • Inbound and outbound call history: Call information such as date and time, duration, and description of the call will be automatically added to customer information stored in Zoho CRM.
  • Click to call: Calls can be made by simply clicking an icon located in Zoho CRM.
