I have attempted to reach out to your support team at support@builtforcrm.com but I have not received a response. The issue with this account is that in the Attachments module it is not creating the historical records that represent the attached files. Only records of the files added after the installation of the extension have been created.
This app doesn't do anything but create a custom module called attachments then any record you create in this module can be mass deleted. It does not seem to do anything about mass deleting attachments from emails in Contact and Deal records. I cannot find any options to navigate to those sections and mass delete the attachments.
(EDIT) - Reinstalled app to double check it was connected with APIs correctly and still not pulling anything through.
Hello Garth, attachments in your CRM should be synchronized in the module 'Attachment Details' after you have authorized the connector. If that is not the case, please contact us at support@builtforcrm.com and we will be happy to assist you.
