Contact Form7(CF7) is a popular contact form plugin for collecting user data. However, it doesn't possess the functionality to send its submissions and entries to any CRM. Hence, this plugin can be handy for saving contact form details of potential leads and customers and sending them over to Zoho CRM.
The Contact Form7 integration with Zoho CRM sends all Contact Form7 submission details to Zoho CRM and maps it to the corresponding modules. It creates records in the Contacts, Leads, and Quotes modules. You can include attachments, sync phone and mobile fields, and print and export contact form submissions.

Key Features:
You can add notes and tags to CF7 entries over Zoho CRM. Admins can create and add multiple tags to feeds, which helps in data filtering when you have a large customer base.
You can associate contact form submissions with an existing account or create a new account. Admins can associate contacts to either a new account or an existing one. Any future form submissions from this contact will be related to the selected account.
There's an option to save contact form submissions, so the admin can edit form submissions before syncing them over the Zoho CRM. Admins can manually sync forms after editing them.
This extension tracks additional contact form submission data like submission ID, type of form submitted, date of modifications, the system of the user (e.g. Chrome browser, Linux), form URL, IP address, and more.
