The ChARM Health for Zoho CRM integration is designed to synchronize patient information between ChARM Health and Zoho CRM. With this integration, patient data can be accessed anytime from either of the two applications, and the data will always remain synchronized between the applications. New patient records can also be created in ChARM Health from Zoho CRM by converting existing contacts to patients.

charm is probably better than many other very rigid USA EHR's but still far from flexible like ZOHO CRM. We are missing webform and something like ZOHO writer..for f.e. creating flexible documents and exporting fields in/in/to/on pdf document.
