It is really wonderful experience. I had a problem with unifying the language of communication with too many clients through too many employees, Cahinbox resolved it soo simply as of today 4 CRM employees were working with it communicating with around 100 customers and all of their communications right on my phone instantly. Actually I have contacted them today asking for annual subscription. I really hope to see it as an integrated built in function in Zoho CRM.
Greate support (this is all we need when start something new) They answer my requets at 1AM and in 5 mins all the problem was solved. Very easy to add Task and attachment to Zoho CRM. Need to keep adding integration functions but for now very happy for finally founf the partner for WhatsApp on Zoho CRM.

very nice and simple tool, that enables a full control about all chats and having and running multiple channels. It enables admin to control every pc of information regarding chats, users, groups and so on It has many filtering options

it's exactly the tool we looked for, comparing to others they're here to work and the take support very seriously. I highly recommend as the simplicity of setup and sharing is absolute among the CRM users. I wish they had it for FB,IG too...
I've been looking for a cost effective WhatsApp integration for Zoho for a while and have tried lots of different ones and this one really does work for me.
Like all new software it takes a little getting used too but once you start working with it it does a great job, it has some great little features that you only really find how useful they are when you start working with the app.
The main difference is that this basically runs in it's own app that ingrates with Zoho rather than working as a Zoho module pushing info into another app, which also means you can use it stand alone without Zoho yet it still pulls in all the Zoho information and pushes it back as you update items. The only thing is that all the WhatsApp history sits in this app not in the Zoho customer which means when you look for the history it's in the app window under the customer as opposed to a tab in the customer page, which for me is not a problem.
The fact that you can create new tasks, link them to any deal, add notes, photos etc straight from the customer WhatsApp without having to create them seperatley in Zoho is a really great feature.
You can also add as money users/agents as you like, transfer chats between each other and also add other channels to the app integration, I haven't tried the other channels yet but the WhatsApp side of things has been really solid so far.
The development team have also been great, they are quick to answer any questions and super helpful.
If you are looking for a good cost effective solution that can be up and running almost immediately then give this a go, it's worth taking the time to play with it for a while and getting used to it and seeing how all the little extras work as they are super useful.
Great plugin a must have for those using WhatsApp, if you face any issues in setup but they can easily be contacted by WhatsApp to help you on this. helpful support.
