Early days so far so we have some technical teething issues (which will be sorted with Cloudtalk's help) but overall the experience has been great. The ability to call any country without worrying about the international charges makes life so much simpler, and the integration with our CRM makes it more straightforward to know who's working on what is easier, especially during lockdown.
I loved how the system and app integrated with zoho but after a few days the system got caught in some sort of api call loop that kept maxing out my daily api call limit which messed with some other apps that stopped working. Support tried to figure out what was wrong but I could not chance trying it again since they could not pinpoint an issues. They refunded my fees so happy with cust service.
