Version Compatibility
Commercient’s SYNC for SAP and Zoho CRM is available for SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business ByDesign, SAP Business One version 8 (and up), SAP Business One Version 9.1, and SAP Business One version 9.2 and higher. This also includes Datalogix, and Vantive.
Commercient SYNC can seamlessly integrate your ERP system with your CRM—this is known as phase 1. Phase 2 consists of importing data back into the ERP system, including new customers, sales orders, jobs, and invoices. There are two options in order for the data to be integrated back into ERP: a File Option and an API Option.
Please note custom modules are available only for Zoho CRM Enterprise Edition or above versions, If the customer has purchased Zoho CRM Professional Edition they cannot have any custom modules in their Zoho CRM apart from default ERP tables.
