As stated before, does not work properly. Here are the issues I encountered. - Workflow only triggers when lead is Modified, not when it is created - Modification that triggers is First Name or Company, no other modifications seem to trigger workflow - Workflow failure if company field empty - When I was finally able to trigger workflow, first name was capitalized but 2nd character of First name was deleted. IE first became Frst - Last name returned all capital letters instead of only first character. IE last became LAST - Company field did return all caps as expected
