Awful, and it's one of the many issues with Dialpad. Terrible customer service on their end. Half of the support links on their site are dead links as well.
This is one of the worst apps I have seen on Zoho Marketplace. For one it doesn't work in Zoho Platform the way they show in their Video.
Second, there is no way to Install it and it only pushes the data to Zoho CRM. There is no way you can call your customers direclty using this app with in the Zoho CRM.
It's a piece of crap. This doesn't even deserve 1 Star.
Dialpad for CRM was built a while back on an old API. Therefore, this great VoIP system is hit or miss. We worked with it extensively and never were able to get it to work properly which is a shame. The folks at Dialpad have not addressed the issue and seem to be oblivious to the Zoho ecosystem.
