The Document Collection Widget for Zoho CRM streamlines the process of gathering, organizing, and storing client documents directly from your Zoho CRM records. With just a few clicks, users can generate secure document collection links for clients, automatically upload received files into Zoho WorkDrive, and link the corresponding WorkDrive folder to the related Deal or Contact record.
This integration eliminates manual file sharing and ensures all client documents are safely stored within Zoho’s ecosystem, maintaining both data security and workflow efficiency.
