They helped me in seamless integration and guided me for best it's best use as per my requirements. Till now calls log and linking with live data was difficult but now it is all integrated. We can directly call from Zoho CRM just by clicking the number and automatically calls are logged there. We can listen to all the inbound and outbound calls from Zoho itself. Wonderful!
