Feedo SMS is an extension developed by Regalix for Zoho CRM. Our extension enables you to send SMS messages as custom messages or using predefined SMS template. You can send SMS messages to individual customers or send bulk SMS messages to a list of contacts in the CRM.As soon the user launches the extension by clicking on “Send SMS” (either for single individual user or for multiple users for bulk SMS), the extension makes HTTPS call to the integration server (https://zoho.regalix.com) along with twilio credentials (token and sid) to fetch the configured/purchased numbers from the twilio account. It then validates the twilio account and pre-populates the extension UI with list of valid send from numbers (the number from which the SMS messages can be sent).
