• SMS Campaigns
  Send mass texts to imported contact lists directly. Create a text campaign directly through Fusion, or create webhooks to use in HTTP posts for your campaigns in Zoho CRM.
• Trigger Automation (call purpose and disposition automation)
  Set up dispositions with triggers that can apply a Call Purpose or change Lead Status in Zoho CRM. Each time a phone call is placed, you can select a disposition from the call pop-up to apply a Call Purpose. The system then logs that phone call and disposition in Zoho CRM and applies the purpose. These trigger automations can be used to enroll leads or contacts into your existing campaigns.
• Screen Pop-ups
  Receive a pop-up notification for incoming calls in your Chrome browser. Screen pop-ups have options for you to answer or reject calls, respond with text messages, and ransfer or place calls on hold right from your screen. You can also type notes, which will be logged with your call to the contact in CRM.
• Power Dialer
  Import CSV calling lists so you can automatically call your leads for the day. Set notes and dispositions after each call before moving on to the next, and pause the dialer at any time.
