By using this extension, Zoho CRM users can easily add, view, and browse customer-related files within Zoho CRM's Standard and custom modules, and instantly share files with others without having to open Google Drive and search for the relevant files, which saves time and improves collaboration and streamlines access to customer-related documents and files.
