This is an official IndiaMART plugin for integrating IndiaMART’s Lead Manager with Zoho CRM. All new leads are automatically fetched once the plugin is installed, and old leads on IndiaMART can also be manually fetched using this plugin. All the details of buy leads, enquiries, and PNS calls will be updated automatically with the lead source as "IndiaMART". This is configured to be used with IndiaMART Leads Pull API, so it's important to be careful while generating the key and be sure to use the correct version of the key in the plugin.
Key Features:
Auto-update leads from IndiaMart to Zoho CRM's Leads module every 2 hours. This is a limitation at ZOHO's end that allows leads to be fetched every 2 hours and this duration cannot be reduced.
Allows manually fetching old leads (up to the last 365 days,7 days at a time)
Updates all important fields, such as name, company name, email address, phone number, mobile number, address, message, and subject from IndiaMart to Zoho CRM.
Helps in segregating IndiaMart leads and different enquiry types into buy leads, PNS calls, and enquiries, and prevents duplicate record creation

Written them with a concern twice because we required some technical support. No way to reach them and no revert received. It's been almost close to 2 weeks.
I've been waiting for this plugin for a long time. Finally, I'm glad to see an official plugin. It functions very well. Please add more features, such as the ability to send a message from ZOHO CRM to IndiaMart CRM, that allow us to record whether we have contacted a lead or not.
