Choose whether Zoho CRM or Kit takes priority when the same record is updated in both systems, ensuring synchronization follows your business rules instead of fixed logic. Standard fields are mapped automatically, with custom field mapping available to support your unique workflows. Every synchronization is logged with direction, status, and record-level details, providing complete visibility and easier troubleshooting.
