Configure one-way or bidirectional synchronization with configurable sync intervals from 1–10 minutes, while bringing Mailchimp engagement data including opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes directly into Zoho CRM records. Track campaign performance and member activity without switching between platforms.
Records are matched by email address before each synchronization to prevent duplicate records in either system, regardless of the sync direction. Unsubscribe status is synchronized automatically to support GDPR compliance, and every synchronization is logged with timestamps and error codes for quick troubleshooting. Simply authorize both accounts, map your fields, and the integration runs automatically
