The Mailchimp Extension allows you to easily filter, segment, and target leads and contacts directly from Zoho CRM. With a guided, step-by-step setup, you can seamlessly merge CRM data into Mailchimp email templates and launch campaigns in just a few clicks—no manual exports or complex configurations required. The extension also brings campaign performance back into Zoho CRM, giving you visibility into open and click-through rates at the individual lead and contact level, based on engagement across all campaigns sent. In addition, the Campaigns module provides a centralized view of overall email performance, helping sales and marketing teams stay aligned and data driven.
