Mailshake Connect is a comprehensive outreach and sales engagement extension for Zoho CRM designed to streamline and automate email campaigns. Its features enable users to add CRM leads to Mailshake campaigns (supports multiple campaigns), sync lead status, and manage campaigns in real time. It also provides configuration tools for automations (for lead generation, field mapping between Zoho CRM and Mailshake, CRM lead conversions, sales signals notifications, and more), improving cold email outreach from within Zoho CRM.
Key Features:
Automate cold outreach campaigns: Auto-trigger predefined actions in CRM, such as creating leads, changing a lead's status, converting a lead to a contact, adding leads to campaign(s), or receiving sales signals notifications.
Track leads and manage contacts: Keep track of CRM lead interactions in each campaign and view engagement history in the CRM Lead record. Configure CRM signals for Mailshake campaign events, such as opens and clicks.
Manage campaigns in real time: Monitor Mailshake campaign performance and track email open rates, click-through rates, and response rates right from CRM. Pause or un-pause a campaign in response to real-time performance data.
Run campaign analytics: Gain insights into individual campaign details (leads list, status, messages, and more.). Analyze CRM lead behavior to measure the success of your Mailshake campaigns.
You will only be billed for the extension/app you purchase. We don't request any additional charges outside of Zoho Marketplace. (Note: If the extension/app integrates with a third-party application that requires a paid edition, you must make a separate purchase with the third party.)
How will I be billed?
Once you click the purchase button and provide your credit card details, the amount due will be deducted from your card.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed per month or per year depending upon the option that you choose. The payment will be recurring, meaning you won't have to bother doing it again manually.

You can cancel the plan that you have subscribed to, noting the reason. We will get back to you to help you out with the necessary requirements.
