This application uses Messagebird API to connect with different channels like SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Messenger etc from inside Zoho CRM. Since there are many social media channels available nowadays, it will be difficult to install and use different plugins for each channel. Hence, this messaging app has been developed to connect all these channels. It helps to send and receive messages from multiple channels inside Zoho CRM and have a record of the same inside Zoho CRM. Also, other channels like WeChat, Line are also able to integrate with the CRM platform. The extension can be installed and can be setup instantly in a few minutes in Zoho CRM. In addition, all available features are listed in a single page and configuration can be done in a few easy steps.

Key Features:

  • Send MessageBird messages from Zoho CRM:
    The Messagebird messages can be sent from the Leads, Contacts, Deals and Accounts modules. Include your desired recipients by using Zoho CRM filters, searching for existing contacts and adding contact numbers. Setup workflows in Zoho CRM to send pre-defined messages to customers based on your requirements.
  • Receive incoming messages inside Zoho CRM:
    Once the configuration is done for the incoming messages, you will receive the messages inside the Zoho CRM module as per the configuration. Whenever a new message is received from a new number, a record will be created in Zoho CRM. You can enable or disable required channels based on your need so that the messages from required channels will reach your Zoho CRM.
  • Manage MessageBird Conversations:
    All the outbound and inbound messages from multiple channels are recorded in the Messagebird Inbox. Here you can easily track MessageBird conversations or send messages inside Zoho CRM itself. Also, receive in-app notifications within the MessageBird Inbox.
  • Additional features in the extension:
    The possibility of adding new or additional senders are available in the plugin. Create and manage templates inside Zoho CRM. Enable multiple users to receive desktop notifications for your incoming MessageBird messages. Add and enable users to use your channels to send messages through your MessageBird account.
