AVOID Nexmo Nexmo is not supporting zoho crm. Inbound SMS does not work. Technical support team said "We don't support and don't want to support Zoho." We are moving away from Nexmo and recommend that all users avoid nexmo. User support services takes 4-5 days and responsiveness is non-existant. The only people that help are the sales team who want your money.
Hi, I've tested almost all extensions, and this one works fine. At the beginning I had an error message, but the support told me to put the API info again and this morning it worked fine. The product is comprehensive, you can create templates, receive inbound messages and calls for 1€/month, which is a lot cheaper than all the other solutions I've tested so far. Pay for what you use. Nice!
Nobody from Nexmo or Zoho support desk is reply to my ticket with appropriate answers. Seems that a robot is replying, not humans. This is the problem: when try to send an SMS an error message it is show asking for filling the FROM field. BUT the FROM field cannot be filled by the user. is not possible to insert any number.

I would also like to publicly thank the support team that led me to two of the problems I faced, which in fact came from my own fault. Their answers to my problem were very quick and very kind! I suggest this application, it's great!
For using the Nexmo extension you must be having a direct account with Nexmo. Please reach out to the official Nexmo website and create an account with them and from that account, you will be able to get the API key and API secret.
it just dont work! about 14-15 days to take an email answer and i had answers they made me feel that no one is ineresting to help me. one star because there is no zero star.

Same question from me I was led to believe it is possible by Nexmo with a url webhook placed in zoho webhooks but have been unable to get a definitive answer
I'm disappointed, I just threw my money away. I already battled enough for the installation and now apparently the messages leave but are not received on the cell phones. I would like to receive the refund of my money but I know that Nexmo probably will not interest you.

The issue in your case is a rare occurrence. We have sent a response to your email address regarding the same. We will fix the issue ASAP.
I set it up and put my API/secret into the setup but when I click Nexmo at the top of Zoho it says "You haven't configured the API Key and API Secret for Nexmo. Please go to Setup -> Marketplace -> Nexmo > Configure and enter the API Key and API Secret." chat support could not help, gave me a phone number that goes to voicemail.
