Omnisend Extension for Zoho CRM automatically synchronizes Contacts, Leads, and Accounts between Zoho CRM and Omnisend in real time, ensuring your email and SMS marketing campaigns always use the latest CRM data without CSV exports, scheduled jobs, or manual triggers. Configure CRM-to-Omnisend, Omnisend-to-CRM, or bidirectional synchronization based on your business requirements. Records are matched by email before every synchronization to prevent duplicate records across both platforms. Standard and custom field mapping ensures attributes such as Deal Stage, Industry, Lead Source, and Region are synchronized for accurate audience segmentation. Historical synchronization imports existing contacts and leads into Omnisend during the initial setup, while a live dashboard displays synchronization statistics, including total synchronized records, successful and failed synchronizations, and detailed audit logs for quick troubleshooting.
