The OneNote extension enables the features of OneNote within Zoho CRM. Whenever you talk to leads, contacts, deals, or internal employees, you can quickly make a note of it. These notes can be easily added to OneNote from Zoho CRM with just a few clicks. You can add a text file or media file to a record in Zoho CRM, by attaching it to your note using this extension.

The OneNote extension has been revamped. Now you will be able to authorize or integrate the extension with Office365 and Microsoft business account. Please try out the feature and let us know if there is any feedback.
I would give 1/2 a star but that's not possible. IT DOESN'T WORK. Even Zoho CRM said I couldn't import a OneNote file in and can only create a note. Which is redundant since Zoho already has a Note related list. Also, I sent an email to ZohoApps asking how to, if at all possible, to make it work and never got a response.

Great extension from a concept or 30,000' standpoint. It is a quite but buggy (occasionally it will error out & not create a note) as well as the fact that it has a pretty long delay when it successfully creates a note (~15-25 seconds or longer wait time for note to be created after clicking). But I still like it, perhaps it will get cleaned up a bit & be perfect. That said, our business needed this very badly!

This connector is a poor design. The whole reason of putting information into a CRM is so that it can be centralized for others to utilize. The design of this connector saves the one note notebook locally for each user versus a shared notebook approach in a centralized area. With that being said this was no use. Uninstalled.
The OneNote extension is designed and intended to support only on Microsoft account (formerly Live Connect) and not for the notebooks on Office 365. So, we understand that the current integration didn’t meet your requirements. However, we consider your requirement as valuable input and will try to implement it in future updates after checking its feasibility.

This would be amazing if it worked completely. I have not found away to send any attachment to onenote through the Zoho extension. I have tried all file types but the extension will not work if there is a file attached. It will create a section and new page as long as no file is attached.

Please check the browser version which you are using, because the Google Chrome browser supports file attachments for all versions up to 65, 66 and 69. If you are using the Chrome browser, check for the compatibility before you try to attach files to your notes. However, it works in Firefox in all versions.
