Send bulk WhatsApp messages from CRM: Send WhatsApp messages to all your customers with a single click of "ORAI-Send WhatsApp" from your CRM. You can choose the type of template you want to display on the widgets. The screen allows you to choose the kind of template based on your choice. Select the template you want to use to send bulk messages to every lead. A template message will be sent once the 24-hour period has passed since the last conversation.
Push leads from ORAI: After installing the extension in Zoho CRM, the ORAI leads will be synced to the Zoho CRM account. The extension will sync the ORAI leads to Zoho CRM after it is installed. Any data changes in Leads from ORAI will be synchronized immediately.
Three-way communication: Real-time bot-to-human handover Our three-way chatbot solution allows you to respond to all customer queries, every time. Customers can either ask questions to the virtual assistant or request a live person. Instantly, the AI brings a human to the conversation.
Enterprise Conversational AI Platform: Connect with your customers on the platform they regularly use, hence driving up your engagement rate ORAI will provide an API to retrieve and store the conversation history. A Template message will be sent once the 24-hour period has passed since the last conversation.
