The Organization Chart extension for Zoho CRM quickly generates a relationship hierarchy diagram based on the customer's contact records. Help your sales team determine the company's reporting relationships and the role their contact has within the company. The extension also shows contact friendliness, such as neutral, support, against, or otherwise.
