PhoneMondo connects your phone system to Zoho CRM. This integration supports any PBX with TAPI drivers, and many other VOIP systems, like Placetel, STARFACE, and sipgate.

Real-time CallerID popups show data from Zoho CRM, and calls are logged in your CRM account. If no contact information was found in your Zoho CRM account, the system will pull data from other sources. You can use this data to create a Zoho CRM lead with a single click.

Start calls to any phone number from Zoho CRM or any other website using click-to-call.

Use reports (such as missed calls by time of day) to discover ways to optimize your company's telephony system. Reports can be filtered by different criteria, and report data can be exported so you can run your own analysis on the call.
