Key Features:
Send and schedule SMS messages either individually or in bulk: Choose one or more clients in CRM and click the Send SMS-RingCentral option to send your message. You can also use the Schedule option to send the message later.
View RingCentral SMS history: Use RingCentral SMS History in the left panel inside each lead/contact to view the message history.
Create and manage templates in Zoho CRM: Use the RingCentral SMS Templates option to create and manage approved templates.
Send automated messages using workflows: Create a workflow in Zoho CRM based on your requirements. Whenever a given condition is met, automated template messages will be sent to the customer.
The features would be nice, but there were so many glitches, and support was unreliable. I wanted it to work! It cause a whole week of frustration and waiting around for support, and they never fixed my problems. It was a waste of time.
