SanIPPBX is a complete telephony integration for Zoho. With the SanIPPBX extension, you can get inbound and outbound call pop-ups so you can keep the track of any ongoing calls while working with Zoho.

The SanIPPBX extension allows users to call directly from Zoho, and users can get access to all CDR reports and recordings directly from Zoho dashboard. It also allows users to use full call control options like mute, unmute, hang up, and more.
SanIPPBX also allows you to monitor agent performance with its AMS reports.
