The SanIPPBX extension allows users to call directly from Zoho, and users can get access to all CDR reports and recordings directly from Zoho dashboard. It also allows users to use full call control options like mute, unmute, hang up, and more. SanIPPBX also allows you to monitor agent performance with its AMS reports.
