Configure one-way or bidirectional synchronization, allowing CRM updates to be pushed back to Shopify instead of only importing Shopify data into Zoho CRM a capability that many Shopify - Zoho CRM integrations do not support.
Synchronize draft orders alongside completed orders so sales teams can track an order's progress from draft to completion without switching to Shopify. Connect multiple Shopify stores to a single Zoho CRM account, and configure conflict resolution rules to determine whether Zoho CRM or Shopify takes priority when the same record is updated in both systems. Every synchronization is logged with timestamps and error details for quick troubleshooting.
