I am thoroughly disappointed with the service provided by Sibila. Our integration has been non-functional for over two weeks now, and despite repeated attempts to contact their support team, we have received absolutely no response or help. This lack of communication is unacceptable for a service that claims to be a Zoho partner.
To make matters worse, we have been charged on our credit card without any prior notice or authorization, despite the fact that the service has been down. This raises serious concerns about the transparency and ethical practices of this company.
We expect far better support and transparency, especially for a service that plays a crucial role in business operations. I cannot recommend Sibila until they drastically improve their customer service and communication.
