Ringdesk account 
Working SwyxIt! softclient for Windows installed 
Ringdesk for Swyx Plugin installed (download from https://www.ringdesk.com/downloads/)

Key Features:

  • Signal incoming call and peer number
  • Automatically link leads or customers to the phone call
  • Create a new lead or contact in Zoho after mapping the phone number to its source
  • Add call details to the contact after ending the phone call
