This company and the app is very misleading. THE GOOD They theoretically met all of our user requirements. initially, pricing seemed good they even advertise 24/7 live chat and email support. The user interface seemed very easy. THE BAD We signed up with them on a monthly plan, the onboarding was swift less than 30 min, once we connected the app to the CRM Prateek rushed us off the Zoom call before we could even implement all of our requirements and see how it worked and tested it. As we started fumbling around and testing it we realize there are many roadblocks they have set in place which dont fulfill our requirements and even created new requirements to work around their roadblocks. There are ZERO and I mean ZERO helpful docs so that we can try and fix issues on our own. Any modifications and customization rules are managed by their support team which seems to be basically him or if they are there, they are unresponsive. They guarantee a 24 hour response time on support emails, which they can't meet, its always over 24 hours. We've booked calls on Zoom with him which he doesnt show up for, he's not responsive to emails, and I've been waiting for 4 hours on their live chat do get a human to respond, which is basically him. He himself provides rude customer service. So their advertisement of 24/7 live support is false. They just want you to book a Zoom call with them which they charge you $30 USD for each call which is not disclosed on their pricing page. Its been 2 weeks since we signed up and we are still working out the kinks, and just yesterday we were finally able to begin using it for our team, and then 1/2 way through the work day they no longer have access to the Message Log in the CRM, support is not responsive to fix it. This is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had with any company. Its too small a company and with this poor level of support I'll be shopping around for a different provider.

This does pretty much everything we needed. It integrates with Zoho, gives all support agents access to the dashboard for every SMS, and does MMS. The negative I see is you can color code the inbound vs outbound messages, but you cannot tell if they are truly 'unread'. They consider inbound messages as 'unread', but for efficiency, ones that have not been 'looked at' are actually 'unread'.

Great Customer service, the issues are solved really fast. their user guide links are pretty easy to follow. We migrated from Clicksend to this service and we are really happy with it.
The dashboard could have a little set of improvements but overall this is a great service

We had a wonderful experience getting the CRM Messaging system set up. This looks like a great solution for our business needs. The Customization I asked for, could not have been easier, they really took the time to make sure that all my needs were met! I highly recommend this as the customer service & technical support is superb.
Service provider was extremely helpful and fast to respond with walking me through the process. I really love that my team can see who they are sending texts to and receiving from. We have tried out all the apps on zoho and this is by FAR the best for two way texting! Keep up the great work!
