We have been searching for a solution that integrates into our Zoho CRM and the Timelines fits the bill. It's easy to use, and we can monitor multiple accounts from one Shared Inbox. Our only observation is the chat within the Google Chrome extension is a bit clunky, and we need to default all contacts to the international +xxx dialling code otherwise it does not recognise the chat entries.
