Trello Integration for Zoho CRM automatically synchronizes the Tasks module with Trello boards, lists, and cards using a configurable date range to control which records are synchronized. Custom modules extend synchronization to Leads, Deals, Accounts, Contacts, Milestones, Projects, Calls, and Meetings, allowing teams across sales, customer management, and project management to keep their records aligned.
Configure CRM-to-Trello, Trello-to-CRM, or bidirectional synchronization, depending on which platform should be the source of truth. Synchronization runs every 5 minutes by default.
Default field mapping automatically maps CRM record names to card titles, descriptions to card descriptions, record owners to card members, and CRM status to the corresponding Trello list. Custom field mapping is available for additional business requirements. Configure conflict resolution rules to determine whether Zoho CRM or Trello takes priority when the same record is updated in both systems. A live dashboard displays synchronization statistics, including total synchronized records, successful and failed synchronizations, and recent activity. Every synchronization is logged with timestamps and audit details, with one-click resynchronization available for failed records.
