This extension allows you to send SMS messages through Twilio directly from Zoho CRM. You can send one-on-one messages by searching for a customer's name or compose bulk messages by selecting specific recipients. When a customer replies, their message is logged in the SMS History module as a new entry, making it easy to track conversations and maintain a seamless support experience.
Built entirely within the Zoho platform using Deluge, this extension does not rely on any third-party dashboards or embedded interfaces. No personal data is collected outside of your Zoho environment. All configuration and message data remain within your CRM deployment, and the vendor has no access to your records or communication content.
You will only be billed for the extension/app you purchase. We don't request any additional charges outside of Zoho Marketplace. (Note: If the extension/app integrates with a third-party application that requires a paid edition, you must make a separate purchase with the third party.)
How will I be billed?
