Receive Twilio messages inside Zoho CRM: Once the configuration is done for the incoming messages, you will receive the messages inside the Zoho CRM module as per the configuration. Absolutely LOVE this integration! If you're a Twilio user, this is a great way to integrate text messaging at a very reasonable price. Twilio isn't the easiest to set up, but Ulgebra's video and written user's manual explains how to do it on your own. I've tried 2 other (more popular) extensions that required me to contact customer service for account approval and that takes a few days - similar to a merchant account... Twilio allows you to sent texts within minutes of sign up.

I was never able to integrate it properly. the help video is old and never updated to what the platform is like today. They want you to be a developer instead of one-click install. very complicated

We tried updating twilio extension but it is not working with this. we are looking for whatsapp integration option with ZOHO CRM and we are not able to move ahead as there is no support from twilio for the same.
