The Consilium UniAgent™ connector for Zoho CRM provides contact center agents with an intelligent single-screen interface that incorporates Genesys Cloud contact center platform functionality. UniAgent™ connector is certified by Zoho and available on Genesys AppFoundry as a premium client application. UniAgent™ improves productivity by eliminating the need to switch screens, and shortens call handling time by automating customer identification.

Key Features:

  • CTI integration: The UniAgent™ connector integrates Genesys Cloud telephony with Zoho CRM.
  • Screen pop-ups: Based on the unique identifier e.g. ANI, Incoming calls are matched to contact records, which appear on your screen.
  • Click-to-call: Agents can click a phone number on any page of the CRM to initiate an outbound call.
  • Call record (inbound/outbound): For every call, a record is created in the CRM with pre-populated fields, like subject, description, call duration, call type (inbound/outbound), call start time, and call end time. Call records are linked with the appropriate contact.
