Is their a way, we could change the default mobile number field used for sending whatsapp message to our custom field. if yes, then it will be really helpful. Because SMS sending via CRM needs the number to be without 91 (Country code) but sending WhatsApp needs 91 (Country Code). So if we could choose another field to pickup number then we would add 2 fields-with & without 91

hi good product need 1 more feature:- once we send whatsapp, no update in zoho crm reg wether whatapp sent or not. can we have that in activity log? if yes, we can automate the message sending.
Hello, We've tried to implement that. But since taking the datas involve something out of the API from Whatsapp, it seems complicated at the moment to implement and push that to Zoho CRM.

Great Product absolutely does what it has to but only one request and concern for the developers. If the system can open without us adding the country code to the number initially it would be of great as help as this causes concern with us when we export the contact details for other usages such as SMS. Thank you Mr.Arun Christe. Unfortunately removing country code isn't feasible as more of the WhatsApp CRM users will be sending messages globally where they will be needing to add country codes.
