Terrible support. The agents in the chat has no tech knowledge, and the support, in India does not respond in due time. The plugin had to be twitched and customized, and still not syncing completely Is frustrating dealing with their support team via email, every 24 hours...

Took a bit of help from their support team to get this configured just right, but ultimately worked perfectly to sync custom account and order information from WordPress to Zoho CRM. Highly recommend!
Out of the box, this plugin might need some modification. BUT, their support team is absolutely fantastic. Incredibly responsive, understood all my requirements, followed up consistently. Shivam and his team made this such a pleasant experience.
You may be required to put in some time working with their developers, but they'll go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you're satisfied.
I cannot recommend this product enough. The support I received was far better than the generic Zoho support team. If you need to modify your zoho/woocommerce integration, it seems like anything is possible with the help of their team.
Please don't waste your time with the Woozocrm plugin, or any native wordpress plugin. Just go with the MakeWebBetter team and they'll take care of you. They're truly dedicated to your satisfaction.
