Zoho Bookings is an online scheduler for small businesses. You can access your calendar and invite your staff to add their own schedules. Create dedicated workspaces for each location, department, or team to easily manage schedules. The Zoho Bookings plugin also allows you to book meetings, rooms, and classes, view appointment history, and maintain client details all from within Zoho CRM.

I love this extension so far, but would be nice to integrate with more than one module. Currently, when configuring the settings, you can only pick one module to integrate the extension with. I would like to integrate with both Leads and Contacts CRM modules.
Kindly note that with the default integration it is possible to integrate with only one module. You may write an email to us elaborating your use case and we will help you with a custom function code to achieve the same.
I haven't used the booking module much yet, but so far it seems like a good tool to help with booking appointments. I like I can set up different booking types for various meetings.
I am giving it a four star rating because I purchased it to use for monthly golf event registrations with my Zoho One account. However, I did not see the fine print that you only get one premiere event free, and that the others cost $299 per event. There are so many other tools and methods in Zoho to collect credit card payments at no additional cost (Forms, Bookings, etc.) that it seems ridiculous that they would charge a $299 premium per event in order to get credit card processing enabled. Not ideal for Small Businesses/Organizations.

It cannot be used in Japan because the name field in the input form cannot be changed from first name to last name to last name to first name. Full name input is available, but when linking with CRM contacts, the input value of the first name originally entered in the contact will be deleted.

I am excited about this extension! At first, I was looking for a Calendly integration but wasn't excited to see that I had to pay for it. I hate feeling cheap but who doesn't appreciate a free app nowadays?! So when I saw that Zoho had their version of a calendar app, I was anxious to try it. If I could make some suggestions, the download and application process needs to be streamlined. Even with the help of our onsite IT admin, it still took us both a fair amount of time to get this working. There were several things that I couldn't do for myself because I needed to be approved/authorized. And with him helping me step my step, we couldn't figure out how to finalize it's setup. Also, the integration with Zoho Calendar versus Zoho CRM Calendar was confusing because I didn't realize these were separate/distinct from one another. It seems that I am integrated with my Zoho Calendar but struggling to get it set up with my Zoho CRM Calendar. All around, it seems good so far, but it could be more user-friendly.

Well just to show the level of non-service; why did you not check my ticket after seeing my review, instead of the copy paste thing. Second, NO ONE contacted me with the solution, you only wasted my time and then IGNORED me. This is very bad service. Useless plugin. Bookings is the worst actually.

DO NOT Connect Bookings to your CRM unless you want your customers to (inadvertently) screw up your database (names). The single Name field in Bookings page will force-fill whatever your customer enters there into the Last Name field in your CRM contact listing!
And if you TRY to make a separate First and Last name field on the bookings page- It will NOT translate onto the booking form (however it will suggest to the mapping that there should now be 2 fields to come over)!
In the end, it still a single field that continues to map to ONLY your CRM Last Name field (oh and it and always clears the first name field in your CRM to add insult to injury)!
It is worth noting that the workaround I found is to eliminate the name mapping behind the plug-in to just email ONLY
Zoho needs to fix this messed up programming. They have been notified of this horrible set of bugs in grave detail 6/30/23 - now they need to fix it !
