Zoho Lens is augmented reality-based remote assistance software that allows you to view the incoming camera stream from a smartphone or smart glass. While viewing the stream, you can annotate on the workspace using our intuitive augmented reality tools.
Key Features:
AR remote assistance sessions can be initiated from the Leads or Contacts module.
All session-related information is available under the Lens module in Zoho CRM.
During a session, you will be able to annotate, freeze the live camera stream, invite multiple participants, capture snapshots, and communicate with the person at the other end.
When starting a sesion from Zoho CRM, we send the link to the customer and when the customer opens the link tha page keeps loading and loading and the sesion never gets to start.
When we start the sesion direclty form Lens, this does not happen.
The extension works perfectly in Zoho CRM to initiate a Zoho lens senssion. However Zoho Lens voice quality is off. There is either an echo on every call or time delay for user to hear what is being said.
We had some issues to get LENS working. It would not send our SMS messages. Anyway LENS is not suitable for our application of collecting identification
