This was my first reaction after spending a lot of time only to be told that our UK landline business number could not be ported...
However, with some due diligence from the Zoho support staff, this problem was overcome and the number was finally ported.
The overall system is somewhat behind its rivals who have a better CRM interface to Zoho than Zoho does with ZohoVoice. Additionally, only the Admin can access the Portal and all other users have to be agents. This is a significant failure as an Admin is often the IT technician that sets up the phone system whilst other Senior team users should be able to call listen and so on. It also needs to be able to send reports to users other than the admin. It also needs to integrate better with the CRM and the dialler is quite hopeless as you can't use it to even look up CRM contacts??? There are still some fundamental UI issues that need to be quickly addressed. I'll update again when I see some improvements, but for now be careful and don't expect what CloudTalk can do to be replicated with ZohoVoice. Overall voice connections are good and clear.
