When a customer service team accepts a call with Zoom Phone, it will display in the LiveHelpNow agent workspace, along with associated recordings and transcripts. Your team will be able to notate, tag, and resolve (close) the call record. The activity can then be logged within the Lead or Contact record in your Zoho CRM.
